RDC Manager is a free Windows utility developed by Microsoft to help you manage multiple remote desktop connections. This was developed for Terminal Services clients and is suitable for laboratory servers where users can remotely access certain computers. This will work on all Windows operating systems. Without this tool, in the best scenario, users must create desktop shortcuts for each remote computer to access. This will take time when you need to deal with dozens of links spread across your desktop. Then, when you establish a new connection, you can start from the configuration template.

This saves valuable time because you don't need to make the same settings on every new connection. With RDC Manager, you can create separate connection groups, allowing you better computer access management. The server can inherit the information from the group that contains it. Remote Desktop Connection Manager allows you to create and switch between multiple remote connections at the same time. If you have a bad internet connection, you can disable features such as desktop background, font alignment, and other settings that reduce bandwidth usage.

In short, Remote Desktop Connection Manager is a complex application that provides access to many features to make your work easier when it comes to network management. After pausing a bit, RDCMan 2.7 is now available. Please thank Julian Burger for her first Christmas gift. Remote Desktop Connection Manager (RDCMan) is a great tool for defragmenting multiple RDP connections in a window to prevent desktop clutter. RDCMan 2.7 supports Windows 8, 8.1.

Bug Fixed

  • The application no longer knows DPI
  • Removing a server that is not visible in the client panel causes the client not to appear in an unlocked format.
  • The Ctrl + S shortcut doesn't work at all. It works now and always saves even if no changes to the file are detected.
  • The shortcut key does not work when focusing on the thumbnail.
  • Add / delete profiles on the Administration tab. In the same sample dialog box, the profile is not updated. Similarly, adding a new profile from the combo does not update the tab.
  • When the selected node is deleted and the new node is not selected, the window title is not updated (open the file, close the file.)
  • Connecting from the keyboard does not always focus when needed.
  • Connected Groups always show themselves when connected to the machine, regardless of the settings.
  • Choosing the default group and then hiding the menu options does not work correctly.
  • Editing server / group properties does not always mark the changed files.
  • An output prompt may result if no change is made. This should not happen anymore.
  • Activating the context menu with the keyboard keys does not always work on the correct node.
  • Changing the name of the server / group does not change the window title if the server / group is selected.
  • The ALT + PAGEUP and ALT + PAGEDOWN hotkeys are redirected. This is corrected for new installations - for existing files, you'll want to change them in the [Tools.Options.Hot Keys] tab.
  • / reset command line options do not reset all preferences
  • The "Server Tree" option in the "Select server" focus drop dialog box does not display the server hierarchy if it is hidden.
  • The new file directory is now "Documents".
  • Contact List Listessions sometimes appear in strange places. Now placed in the main window

Finally, and most importantly, thank you very much to David Zazzo, the developer of this writing, Julian Burger, who has been working to launch this tool.
